We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days, however during busier periods this may take up to 5 working days.

UK postage and packaging is free for orders over £20.00 and all orders are sent via Royal Mail, 2nd class. This service usually takes 2-5 working days (sometimes longer dependant on potential weather delays i.e. snow), and is not tracked. 

Special postage rates such as first class/tracked etc are not offered for free.

If you would like your item to arrive sooner, please upgrade to the first class delivery option at checkout. Dispatch times remain the same as stated above, however should arrive within 1-2 days.
